ThePretender
I went back to my local mom & pop music store (Gibson 5-Star dealer) to check out the guitar I incorrectly indentified as a J-200 Junior in an earlier post and dug into it a little deeper. It turns out to be a one-off from Gibson Montana that was special ordered by a customer who neither picked it up or paid for it. The best way to describe this guitar is that it's a J-165 EC Rosewood with L-200 appointments (rosewood Emmylou?). Even though it was my second choice a few weeks ago, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to own such a singular instrument. Once she arrived at my house, she easily fit in with the rest of the herd. Once I'm finished unpacking, I'll get my camera out and post some photos.
Jerry K
Is the scale long like an Emmy-Lou or short like a 165? Sounds like an interesting guitar.

ThePretender
Short scale. Smaller than my J-185. Montana Gold pick guard, moustache bridge, thistle on peg head, graduated crown inlays. Kinda neat. Label simply describes it as a Custom EC.
