cookieman15061
I put new strings on my daughters Ibanez acoustic and recorded a quick version of Blackbird from the Beatles white album. Please excuse the string squeaks I had the treble and mids a bit too high on the guitars pup and as always forgive the lousy vocals.

DAS44
That was great cookie, . As they said above me, you're being far too hard on yourself. I think the tone is quite suitable to the song. The vocals are smooth, and quite good (better than my 1/4 octave range by far!). You do the song justice good sir :) I'm quite fond of Brad Mehldau's version, he does it on piano of course.

I started learning it, and my version is still "sloppy". You only showed us your right hand....but the fingerpicking was VERY GOOD!
