straybeat
Well it's not really my guitar since it's just on loan, but what the hell it's an unusual and good lookin' Epi: Is that one of the new ones they were supposed to bring back out? I don't remember there ever being a flamed wine red in '79?

straybeat
Go here: http://forum.gibson....reissue-review/ Alright ya old buzzard, how'd you manage to get one of these? Are they bringing them all out or did you just get a prototype? You have a fine specimen there!

You have a fine specimen there! Epi1 (Jim Rosenberg) says they are planning to ship in September. The one I have is a prototype, but I expect it's a pretty accurate representation of the final production units. Everything I know about the reissues is in the review thread, there's a VSB version too, see post #2. Here are a few others I have collected:

Also read the whole review, everything I know about the reissues is in there. Here are few others I have collected: I already have a vintage Pro/FX and a black cherry Prophecy GX. I'd like a black Custom if they bring those back?
