azbassplaya
I have a custom shop Gibson 339 and the strap holder fell out and won't go in. Do I get a bogger screw or what?
Hydra26
It just fell out? I guess it depends on how bad it is. I'm all about quick fixes so if it's not bad, I'd probably put some wood scraps (like a couple toothpicks or somehting and a drop or two of wood glue, enough to make the screw grip again) in and keep playing. Not sure if this qualifies as a warranty issue or not, you might want to check with customer service by emailing them directly.
