Explorer scale question

Hello all, Happy New year!!

This is my first post here. I've got an older explorer that I got back in the late 70's or early 80's. This explorer was refinished by one of the previous owners and whoever did the refinish obviously sanded too deep and lost the serial numbers so I can't tell you too much about it's year or history. I also just refinished it recently and noticed in the process that there were some plugged tailpiece holes so I'm guessing this thing has gone through some bridge/tailpiece changes. I've had some intonation issues and decided to pursue this a little further. I'm assuming that this should be 24 3/4" scale but the measurement from the nut to the center of the 12th fret is 12 1/4". I thought the measurement at the 12th fret should be 1/2 of the scale (12 3/8"). The mesurement from the nut to the center of the bridge post on the high E side is 24 5/8" and the same measurement on the low E side is 24 3/4", oh yea, I forgot to mention it's got the tuno-matic bridge/tailpiece. I would really appreciate if anyone could possibly take some quick measurements on your explorer so I'd know if one of the previous owners of this explorer has changed anything that would cause intonation issues.

Thanks in advance for any help, I really appreciate it!!!

Best wishes!!
