No evil cilantro was used in the making of these Enchiladas. Cast iron skillet is the way to go, too! What time's dinner tomorrow? I have six different cast iron skillets I can choose from. Dinner is at 5:45.
Buxom Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Damn. Looks good. I haven't had much of an appetite for the past couple weeks though. I'm lucky to eat once a day now.
