Searcy Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 I'm sure this is rather more slanted than my libertarian values would like but an important issue none the less. http://musicwoodthefilm.com/
57classic Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Good post. Responsible management of our natural resources is crucially important well beyond just the music industry. Once they are tainted (water) or gone we are really screwed. I watch that show Gold Rush on Discovery. It's entertaining but when you see how they destroy the land, and with such blatant disregard, I find it disturbing. What makes it all the more striking is the backdrop in which the show is set. The scenery in Alaska and the Klondike is indescribably beautiful. Fortunately, nature repairs much of the cosmetics over time. You can't replace old growth forest.
