raymondj
I have an SG 60s Tribute in worn white and recently got a worn white Les Paul 60s Tribute. I have had the SG for almost 1 year and it has been in an SKB case with black interior... this guitar looks "yellow" next to the new Les Paul 60s Tribute... Is the SG's color changing due to the case or does it a have a different "worn white" finish than the Les Paul 60s Tribute?

But, I suspect it's just the nitro finish, doing that "naturally." As they age, they get more yellow, in color. Don't think it has much (if anything) to do, with the case, unless there's some unknown chemical thing, going on, that is accelerating the yellowing process? pfox14
White guitars are like white carpeting - they don't stay white for very long.
