docmeister53
I shouldn't visit my local GC.. Also see another guitar that gives me GAS.. This time a LP Trad Pro in wine. But not sure if PUP combo is what I am looking for. Looking for any words of wisdom.
damian
Trad Pros are nice...........Regular Trads have the 57s; Matched windings and lightly wax potted...... BurstBuckers are unpotted and have slightly mismatched windings.......57s, and all three BurstBuckers are great PUs..... ( BB Pros are lightly waxed potted and have alnico V magnets....).....You should be able to get that Trad Pro for at least $150.00 less, talk to the manager.........Also, the case should be included FREE.........Then, if you don't like the BB3 in the bridge, sell it to me and put a 57Classic+ in the bridge............... Angellus
the difference is in the pups and electronics the guitars otherwise are exactly the same just with different finishes and sometimes tops if your anything like me you'll re-wire it anyways so go with the guitar that looks and feels best to you
