To Pickguard or Not To Pickguard.....

Traumatized

To pickguard or not to pickguard; that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler of the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of mis-drilled screwholes, or to take up arms against a sea of conformity, and by opposing, end them.

I don't know. Go with what feels right. And don't drill the holes yourself!!!

In my attempts to mod my BFG' date=' I was contemplating adding a pickguard to it. Upon looking at a couple of pickguard sites, I found a bunch of options, but am undecided. What do y'all think...pickguard...no pickguard...color?

Thank God for photoshop :-&.

Traumatized. It's a nice looking guitar already, but a pickguard would give you a unique look for a BFG. The black takes the focus of of your guitar's finish, so if you do it, go with the smoked mirror. It gives an effect in the light that kind of matches the finish. Anodized silver doesn't look bad either.
