grushka Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 Wow. This is amazing. I had a warranty issue with my brand new 339, sent it back to Gibson over a month ago - and NO response. Nothing. Called repeatedly, can't get any information on my $1900 guitar, no call backs, no emails. Incredibly disappointed. Don't know what else to do.
