339 Warranty: NO Customer Service Response

Wow. This is amazing. I had a warranty issue with my brand new 339, sent it back to Gibson over a month ago - and NO response. Nothing.

 

Called repeatedly, can't get any information on my $1900 guitar, no call backs, no emails.

 

Incredibly disappointed. Don't know what else to do.

 

Besides never, ever, ever getting another Gibson guitar again and ensuring everyone knows how bad this situation has been.
