brannon67
Tell me guys, what type of music do you think a J45 excells in, and is the best for, tone wise?
Guth
Depends on what the J-45 in question sounds like.
EuroAussie
For me its a great fingerpicker, flatpicker, so blues, country come to mind straight away. Its a good strummer when strummed gently, with more feeling, especially when supporting a singer, you can really play with dynamics and it responds beaitufully. Not so good for hard srumming, thats Hummingbird and J-200 territory.
brannon67
True, I agree with that. More for so called ROOTS music, or what some call Americana music, whatever that is. The guy on Youtube(Sweetwater) calls it the Americana sound. Ok, then.
