ThePretender
I generally play the same three or four tunes every time I start a practice session just to loosen the hands and get comfortable. Anybody else?

ThePretender
I sing along out loud or in my to head to Sam Stone, Ring of Fire, This Land is Your Land, No Depression. Just stuff I've played a lot to loosen up.

jdd707
I fingerpick Don't Think Twice It's Alright and then pick a blues scale through a few times.
MissouriPicker
At home, I just start picking some tune. Nothing in particular. Usually one of my own that I'm working-on. At a gig, I often start-off with "City of New Orleans," or "Me and Bobby McGee."
Guest J-Doug
Maybe it's my OCD but I play my entire practice repertoire exactly the same everytime with my latest song that I have learned/am learning tacked on last. This is during my regular nightly practice regime. If I have just grabbed a guitar for a few moments or at a music store, I just play whatever song I know that comes to mind. zombywoof
I tend to sit down and start to pick out whatever song I was listening to on the radio on theway home. Get maybe an the chorus or even just the intro down and then go onto to something else. Stuff like CCR's "Born on the Bayou," the Easybeats "Friday on My Mind" and the Animals "We Gotta Get Out of This Place."
ThePretender
I got in the habit of starting with the same songs when I was determining which guitar was "the one" for me. That way they all had the same chance.
j45nick
I generally play the same three or four tunes every time I start a practice session just to loosen the hands and get comfortable. Anybody else? Yep. I have a few chord progression exercises that more or less sound like songs that I run through, then a couple of instrumentals I "created" that only use barre chords and de-constructed barre chords. Then I do a boring 15 minutes or so of scales. Then I sometimes fall asleep........

Pretty much one-hit wonders in the US, even though they were huge in Australia.
McDuff
Depends on my mood though in a practice session I will usually end up going through whatever my current theoretical set list is (I like to make them even though I don't really preform) plus any songs I happen to be working on or that have caught my attention. If I am just working on a new song though I will sit down and play that song 10 times in a row then close with trying to move a scale (usually the blues scale) around the neck without thinking about it. Lately I have also been sitting and trying to match the pitch of the guitar with my voice for single notes and play very simple music that is not written in tableture though that doesn't really constitute practicing the guitar I suppose. Edit: Right the actual songs. Don't think twice its alright Folsom prison Hallelujah Wagon wheel Chinese translation Needle and the damage done (though my singing is atrocious for this one) Any originals that strike me

onewilyfool
I used to warm up my voice by singing, " Mi, Mi, Mi, Mi...." But people thought I was being selfish....
