Red 333
I remember these created quite a stir when they were available through the Alliance of Independent Music Merchant (AIMM) stores: a Dot with small '60s block markers and a Gibson shaped guard. Now it seems they will be more widely available. Link to ES-335 PRO Available in May. It's funny, but the long guard would be more appropriate on the current Dot, which is like a '58 with its lack of fretboard binding. The long guard was gone by the time the ES-335 got block markers (around 1962). Red
Whitmore Willy
Red, You're killin' me. It was bad enough when they came out with the Dot Deluxe. Now this? I guess I'm going to have to find a job to supplement my pension. I want a 335 soooooooooo bad. Willy
Blueman335
I think they're a great idea. With my aging eyes, and playing onstage in dim light, the larger the fretboard marker the better. Although rare, I have seen a Dot Deluxe with block markers (my DD has dots).
jcwillow777
Yeah, I love it. And not gonna break the bank either. I wished all Dots had the cream neck binding.

Dennis G
I wished all Dots had the cream neck binding. +1. That's my biggest beyatch (***** was edited lol) with my Dot, but after all the upgrades, it's not going anywhere. And where'd they get the idea for black knobs on the Natural? If I were in the market for a semi, I'd snag one of these in a heartbeat!
lpfan
I have been waiting for these to come back for a long time! Looks like I have some time to save up for it too! Christmas is coming here early this year!

I picked up one of those last summer, same finish with the same mahogany neck (not maple). Put a pair of Seth's in mine. Great tones. Mine has amber knobs, whch look better than black.
