Clayfingers
Anyone seen one of these AJs before? No connection to the seller at all, but the walnut is interesting, like a Jackson Brown. The honey burst is a classy look too.
BigKahune
. That's a real honey! Love the honeyburst top and walnut B/S.
pfox14
I have no idea how this guitar sounds, but I've never been a big fan of Walnut as a tone wood.
PickitPaul
I've seen these before, beautiful guitar. Wildwood guitars used to have several a few years ago, and there was one that I played brand new at my local Gibson dealer. Nice sounding and loud. Kind of sounded like Mahogany but a bit more low end. Almost bought it, but the saddle was too low and leaning forward on that particular guitar. The price this guy on ebay is asking is way high. The one I saw brand NEW was priced at $1999.00 & after tax would have been around $2160.
slimt
I had a Honey Burst AJ Custom Shop back in 1996 .. it was Birdseye maple on the back and Sides.. It ended up in Jeff Aments (Pearl Jam) hands ..
Clayfingers
I did think the asking price was too high, but maybe the last couple of thousand is because of one exceedingly rare feature - the pickguard doesn't cover hte rosette.... Anyway, its a beauty.
