How can you write a description of off-the-shelf modern tuners and make them sound like something built by a little old machinist sitting at a bench in Switzerland, when in fact they're made on an efficient modern production line in Asia? Reading between the lines--or cutting through the BS--is a key component of understanding what you are really buying.
