cjmwrx Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 I'm sure this will be one of many NGD's posted it being tax season and all. But, here is mine. 06 ES-335 picked up used. Have never been so happy with a new purchase. Setup, cleanup, and she plays like an absolute dream. Group Photo!
BigKahune Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 . She looks well cared for. Beautiful figuring and burst . . . and a nice price. Congrats. . B) BTW, nice LP and a very sweet Tele. .
ajaxajax2000 Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 Awesome!!!!! Congrat's. That's one of the prettiest 335:s I've seen....
roadhog96 Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 Looks like the 06 335 I had for a very short time. I ended up taking it back and exchanged it for a new 2008. The 06 sounded fantastic but the neck had .240" reluef on the bass side of the neck with .006" on the treble side. The guitar was new but had been hanging high up on the wall close to the cealing for several years and over time the heat, humidity and string tension caused the neck to bow more.on the bass side do to the higher string tension. A little more relief on the bass side is ok but this guitar had just to much. I also had a authorized Gibson luthier look at it and he said it would only get worst. To bad because I really liked the looks and tone of it a little better than the one I ended up with. You should be very happy with that guitar because those 335's are really nice guitars.
