He'll be 70, in June of this year! I think he's doing GREAT! His voice may

not have the power, it did, in his twenties, but it's still pretty strong, all things

considered. You keep rockin' Paul!! [thumbup][biggrin]

At the rate he's going, I think Macca will outlive me. Whether you like the Beatles or his performance last night or not, you gotta give him respect.

I did think that Chris Brown's dancing was phenominal, and Bruno Mars' James Brown impersonation was spot on, really amazing.

And really glad to see that Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks "Revelator" won for best blues album. I love that album - I'm listening to it right now.

We are lucky to live in an era of such incredible talent.

Well it is 2012. Maybe that was a fitting finale for what could be the last Grammy Awards [biggrin]

According to the Mayans.

btw I freakin loved it. What a great song and great job.

A friend of mine's son saw his concert at the Coachella Valley Music Festival a few years ago. Said it was an awesome THREE HOUR concert (outdoors in the desert - even though it was April and at night, it's still a bit toasty, especially under the lights).

The man does have a work ethic, eh?

Dam straight, We need to snuff everybody over 60! Who the hell do these rock legends think they are? Why can't they all be like Hendrix and Huston and Elvis and Morrison and just die.....

What pricks,, old people have no right to even play guitar or for that matter even use air...they are just so selfish....

Is that what you mean?

Is there anyone over the age of puberty you like?

I'm sorry I'll keep trying though.....

No offence meant! And to be fair, there is almost always something worth watching and learning from in any clip - whether it is a quick lick or a tone or whatever...

Manse.

Well, I am impressed.

I think I can hear Paul's voice failing with age, but he has so much talent he is able to adjust to it and still make something incredible with it.

Don't be stupid. Everyone doesn't love what you love. Get over it. If yer nearly as old as me, prolly older, you should have long time ago.

"Golden Slumbers" was never one of my favorite songs, but "Carry That Weight/The End" are great. Yes, of COURSE his voice isn't what it was when he was 22. But the man still writes great songs and his playing is as good as ever.

It doesn't get much better than that...

Beautifully stage managed

Total entertainment

Paul has great instinct for the best show possible....

I notice the "age/warble," in his voice, in the quieter passages, mostly.

When he "belts it out," he does pretty well, still. [thumbup]

Stupid is as stupid does, I was following you'r lead. I can not remember you ever posting a positive review of anyone. Don't take it personal, I didn't. But if you want to get into a grumpy contest I'm in!
