RaysEpiphone Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgD4Pgv3yu4&feature=related If it sounds as good as my Crest XR20 console with my DBX EQ's..... I want one!
RaysEpiphone Posted February 15, 2012 Author Posted February 15, 2012 Well, I'll be honest with ya man. I was hoping it was going to be more expensive so it would have good electronics's in side. My Crest XR20 console's retail price is about the same as this whole system is going for. I do like the idea's around it thou, one of the coolest and piratical SR thing's I've seen in a while.
pfox14 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 How much does a system like this go for? Just curious
chrisnorthw Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 A lot of people knock Line 6 but you have to hand it to them they do produce some inovative products. Their new DT Series amps look good to.
Teer Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 I like Line6 products, love to have a DT50 or a DT25. Pertaining to the StageScape M20d, it is the wave of the future, gonna have to get used to it! Another manufacturer has a similiar product. Technology is crazy, blame it on the aliens!(or some innovative minds)

I'm sick and tired of lugging around a 12 space rack filled with gear and having to deal with owner's and manager's that don't get the fact that I need a good channel strip and DBX EQ's to get a good sound that don't feed-back etc.. @pfox14 ... It's going for around $2300.00 US. Don't know if that's a bloated retail price or the wholesale price, it's going to be available in spring of 2012.
Gaolee Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I'm a Luddite who plays an EB-2dc and a P-Bass through a 1968 Acoustic 360 and who plays guitar through a 1949 Gibson BR9 amp. So take this for what its worth. I play weekly in a cover band with a guitarist who uses a Line 6 guitar and amp to model the different sounds used by different artists over the years. It sounds OK. That's about it. That's all I can say about modeling technology. Sure, if you are recording it and can fix the flaws, that's different, but live? Give me analogue or give me silence.
pfox14 Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Its already in the thread... Sorry, I missed that.
