It's routed in a way that would be really ugly if you put a small guard on it. The pickup routes are pretty big and there's a channel running between them for the wires. I just need a good humbucker guitar in the arsenal, I will pull the 490's and transplant those to my Hamer. get some zebra Super D's, should make a nice little rock monster.
