BluesKing777 Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Just noticed this pin bridge '63 B25-12N on eBay. It looks better condition than mine - and I am really enjoying mine! http://www.ebay.com/itm/gibson-vintage-1963-B-25-12-string-excellent-guitar-/160739142413?pt=Guitar&hash=item256cccab0d BluesKing777.
fp Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Yes that is a nice looking one. The BIN is reasonable but can probably be had for even less with the make an offer option. If I didn't have a guitar presently on order I'd probably make an offer on it.
j45nick Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 I looked at that as well, since it looks to be in really nice shape. Unfortunately, the 12-string market is highly specialized, and as far as I can tell, is dead as a dodo right now. If you want a 12, it's a great time to buy. If you want to sell, you're out of luck when it comes to getting a decent price.

BluesKing777 Posted February 21, 2012 Author Posted February 21, 2012 Even better - a bargain! Buy them up before some nitwit plays a drippy tune on the tv on their dad's 12 and everyyyyyybody will want one. Well that's what happened in 1965, isn't it? BluesKing777. I am going to play my 12 in a minute. see ya!
