pippy Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Silly Me! I thought it was going to be about... Vinnie Moore? Meh. Not really. Obviously a very good player with some nice bits'n'touches but just not very interesting at the end of the day. IMHO. The drummer thumping an empty Tea-Chest was doing my head in which probably didn't help. P.
mosquito3 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 I do prefer the one that passed a year ago
Unionman Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 I like this guy's playing-great use of harmonics. I thought this was about Michael Moore, who I like very much.
brannon67 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Vinnie, yes, Rodger, yes, Dinty, yes, Michael, HELL NO
S t e v e Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 tbh, i can see this being played in any guitar shop i visit by a young kid trying out a yamaha pacifica 112...not impressed.
LarryUK Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 I thought he was ok. Not too show off. He has a blues feel to him.
RowdyMoon Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Not....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbtVaTWs6II
bonzoboy Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 I thought that it was going to be about Scotty Moore-Keith Richards said that he wouldn't have ever picked up a guitar if it wasn't for him.
Searcy Posted February 23, 2012 Posted February 23, 2012 Nice, I've loved his work since his first solo record. I like this better though.
