I'm more of a Custom guy but I do have a soft spot for the Norlin- era ones since I grew up with them and played them a lot and can't afford a pre-Norlin with their present prices. I have read that Billy Gibbons does that too. It decreases the break angle over the TOM bridge. It sounds and feels a little different. Everyone loves the tobacco burst and so do I.
