If i had to guess id say it was my grandfather bought the guitar brand new back in 58 i know the case has been around as long as i can remember. i cant seem to find any thing on or in the case that would help. Crap happens. The Vintage Gibson section would probably be the proper one, but gets a fourth of the traffic that the acoustic section gets. Since its an acoustic.....fair game! The case pictured looks to be newer than 58ish Gibson. At any rate, it looks to be a good case. Just don,t advertise 'original case'.. Can we see pics of the guitar??
