years ago when I was in college I was a nightly audit guy for a major hotel chain-Twisted Sister was staying at the hotel during a concert in town. I really didnt know quite what to expect as far as behavior went-to my surprise they were extremely polite and perfect guests! I didnt expect this. My first lesson in "Dont judge a book by its cover"

I remember them touring with Maiden. I couldn't get tickets for the show..... Bummer.

 

This is my all time favorite TS tune. Rockin' track and I love the message.

Their music was OK (for the time) but I could never get past the makeup/style personally. I mean lets face it, you should not need a gimmick like that if your music speaks for itself IMHO.

 

As far as Dee Snider, I've heard him interviewed multiple times and he's always come across as a really sharp guy. As evidenced by his role in the PMRC senate hearings. Seems really cool.
