Does the punishment fit the crime?

Read this today in the Mail Online;

These people have become a bit notorious; there was a big post on their 'activities' some time ago in the HC forum (sorry but I can't find the link at the moment).

 

They still have a business; http://www.musicground.com/index.aspx

 

So they get a fine and 200 hrs of community work. Does the punishment fit the crime?

 

And...that's a good price for a 60s Strat,huh?

Any crime involving guitars should be resulting in the death penalty (if only the UK would bring it back)
