SlashPerryBurst
Amen. Besides Thin Lizzy, AC/DC is my go-to band on the jukebox when I'm having some beers. You sound like a good man to have a few pints with. They say AC/DC are retiring is that a rumor?????? "They" say a lot. Don't "they"? And I agree that Malcolm is the man. I used to own his signature guitar. I learned a lot by listening to what he does. Now I tend to play lead a lot, but I tend to play more open chords when I play rhythm. In my last band, there were two lead guitarists. The other guy (who was a great guitarist) tended to play powerchords, whereas I made things a lot more interesting by playing more open chords and barre chords. It made for a great contrast, and I probably wouldn't be half the rhythm player I am if it wasn't for the fact that in my mid teens, I used to jam along to AC/DC. Great band. LHW
I recently picked up a new AC/DC t-shirt. My daughter and her friends looked at me and were like, "you know who AC/DC are??" Gawd I feel old at times. LOL
