NGD(yard sale guitar with very old Gibson pickup)

I picked up a guitar today, at a yard sale for $10. It has a cracked headstock so I figured it would make a fun project guitar. Well I got started tearing it apart, pulling off all the hardware, pickups, etc. I think this thing may have some highly collectable pickups in it, one looks to be an early Gibson. In no way are both pickups original(mounting holes on both were way off compared to the old holes).

The neck pickup says "DeArmond" on it. The bridge pickup only says "Patent no 2,737,842" Any ideas about these pu's and what there worth is, if any?

Here are the pics
