How many Gibsons do you currently have????

Recommended Posts

If we are just talking acoustics, then I currently have 2. My J100 and the AJ. I have one more on order though as a custom build, and a 1935 Kalamazoo arch top......... then there are the electrics and amps. I have had some other Gibson acoustics, but that's the stable today!

Tom, thats not fair, you make the rest of us look like rookies

I must confess they are not all six string acoustic guitars -- an embarrassing number of ukes, mandolins, harp guitars, electric guitars, tenor guitars, mandocellos, and (alas) banjos -- a lot of banjos. [scared]

Let's pick.

6. '30s-era L37 that's had it's top changed over

I currently own three Gibsons — representing rosewood, maple and mahogany respectively:

2006 Advanced Jumbo

2007 Custom Shop AJ Birdseye

2008 J-45 TV

Before these three, I owned a few other Bozeman creations: a J-30, a J-50 and a Fuller's J-35.

Three for me too:

The Keb Mo

The Woody Guthrie

Sj-200TV

Any fourth would be a used one, probably a 'bird, given the perceptions of 'lacey act' concessions on the current production.

"Just" five right now:

1947 L-7

1948 J-45

1968 ES 335-12

Nashville Historic '59 ES 335 (2009)

1937 L-OO Legend (2010)

I seem to have a thing for vintage or vintage-style.....

Only one J-45 Standard, but it's less than a week old.

Hey and welcome inside.

Just sat down my Standard after changing T.R.cover today.

Hope yours is as eminent as mine. .

How do you like that gold top R-7???

I like it just fine...full gloss and great through my Bluesbreaker!

I'd put up a clip but while the guitar is awesome, I am not...
