johnnyraff
Im thinking about buying this new sg because i like my old one so much, what makes this guitar limited? Is it that they are making less of them? Sounds like a stupid question but just wondering what makes it different. http://www2.gibson.com/Products/Electric-Guitars/SG/Gibson-USA/SG-Standard-Limited.aspx
SlashPerryBurst
The link you have provided no longer works. Edit: if you are talking about this model, they seem to be a way of introducing baked maple fretboards in place of rosewood. A bit like the classic custom did for the Les Paul. They come in a "gloss nitro finish". Not too sure how that differs from the regular "Nitrocellulose lacquer finish".

Hydra26
Not sure, but I think the limited refers to the colors. I anted a Natural Burst, ended up getting a Vintage Burst. Love it. A little bit darker than this picture makes it look, but pretty close.
