JohnB Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 Are there any creative ways for wiring a 2 humbucker Gibson so that the middle position gives the inner coils of each humbucker only? By creative I mean without changing the look of the guitar and without having to use multiple switches and leaving the inner coils split in a way that is still hum cancelling. :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Armandin Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Not with the standard 3 way selector switch I don't think, you would need 3 switches in one and if one exists, it is very doubtful whether it would fit in the control cavity without routing.
