jayhulud
The last two weeks my band has played a bunch of show's, during which I play a white les paul and every night I was wearing reddish shirt's and I was full of energy and what not. Due to wearing these shirts the lip that my picking arm rests against the body of my guitar is now stained a pinkish color. Can any one recommend me any products that could possibly fix this issue without wrecking the finish. Could post pictures later if needed.
rmngretsch14
I've been using a commercial car polish that works great, but I don't know how well it would do on a nitrocellulose finish. It's called "finesse it II" by 3m. It was recommend by a luthier, and honestly I've never seen a better shine than that gives the guitar. I'm not sure if it will work, but I can't think of anything else.

Bluemoon
+1 on virtuoso polish and cleaner. Sounds like you are going to need both. It works wonders.
