Need "app" help

Heya guys, particularly the more "app" savvy among us. Does anyone know a good rhythmic dictation app that works for an ipod touch?

Lost my ipod, needed an upgrade anyway (had the thing for 5 years) so I've been looking at music related apps.

Any help is appreciated :)

Hi Dom

Rhythmic dictation? do you mean like a composing app? I am going to look up so some later because I would love a score app on my iPad.

I do already use guitar pro, which is good for composing ideas when in a situation without an instrument, the only limitation is it only does tab with the stems of the notes attached to the tab and not full notation.

If you mean to practice aural skills and remembering rhythms etc. The ABSRM (Royal Schools of music...) have a great range of apps available

That'd do it!

I've discovered I thoroughly enjoy taking rhythms, tapping them back, and writing them out. It keeps me happy and occupied :) thanks loads Matt!
