69tele Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 i can imagine the number of free tube TVs going as ppl upgrade to LCDs. LEDs etc.. I remember when I got my 46" Sony LCD 4 years ago, I had a 4 year ago 32" widescreen tube TV which I couldnt give away for love or money, months later I gave it to an old gent who used to rent out apartments. I agree that the response time was far better on the old TVs but the size and thickness of flat screens allows you to have a much large screen size with a smaller footprint, they weigh next to nothing as well. LEDS are def the way to go.
kaleb Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 NEC. I used to have some NEC stuff around the house. Good times.
