mooseworx
I am buying a Music Rising Les Paul Standard built back in 2005 when Gibson supported the Katrina relief effort. I know there were 300 made by Gibson USA. Does anyone else have any information on them? Pickups? What model Les Paul was used to construct these? Neck size/shape? Anyone own one who can give me other info? I helped out with the Katrina relief effort through the Air National Guard, so this is a cool way for me to remember and relate to that time I spent there. Nothing like New Orleans in 3 feet of muddy water. Thanks, Ken
saturn
Cool story. I couldn't find any spec info on the Gibson guitars. I would guess that is a weight relieved (swiss cheese holes) body, 60s neck and Burst Bucker Pros p/u since thats what most Standards were in 2005.
