1934 Gibson Jumbo & 2011 Cherryburst L00

Recommended Posts

Never seen/heard an instrument I'd pay 25K for, I doubt this is the one to change my mind either.....

This price has a lot to do with rarity. The one I played a few years ago sold for over $20K before work to get it back in playing condition was completed, just because it was so rare and cool. Based on that one, I'd say there's no guarantee that a '34 Jumbo is going to be better than an early J-35 or RSSD -- but it will be twice the price (even with the recent J-35 price inflation).
