PR-100 M?

Recommended Posts

The specifications do not say, but considering that this guitar is an entry-level PR model, I would say that it is laminated. The spruce, ash, cutaway and 12-string versions are all laminated, so I think that it would be safe to assume that the mahogany version is as well.

Also, a solid-top guitar will have the model suffix of "S". So if the mahogany PR-100 was a solid-top, the model number would read PR100SM - for "solid mahogany".

thank you. It makes perfectly sense, since for example the PR 350 SM has specifided as Body Material Solid Mahogany (SM).

The only strange thing is that usually laminated tops are specified. And, production of PR 100 M is 1999-2003, at that time the only Mohogany top they were using on PR series was the one on PR 350 SM (2003) which is solid..
