Buc McMaster
This one has been giving me fits for awhile now and I've decided to leave it as it is and wash my hands of it. Each line a mental picture, with the beginning and end of the story left untold..........you paint your own story. Man this 45 sounds warm and chunky in this clip! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFoOz-2MHgc TWO/MBB April 2012 Two cowboys in a Cadillac Two Colts still warm on the floor Two miles down the road from the scene of the crime Two holes in the driver's side door Windshield wipers ain't doin' much good as the Caddy leans hard in the curve Over the rail into the abyss Fate deals a hand well deserved....... EuroAussie
Yep, that J-45TV sounds divine, I really, really like it Buc. I said before but ever I saw your first vid couple years ago I felt a J-45 is the guitar for you, and this really reaffirms my view. I need to tell you something though, once things settle down with all your new guitars you need to realise you will be playing this J-45TV probably for about 80% of the tiime... I really thik this baby is in a completely seperate league, love it.
j45nick
Buc, Love the J-45, love your voice, and love your songwriting. If you aren't doing this for a living anymore, you should be. You're better than 90% of the people I hear on the radio or see on TV.
Buc McMaster
Indeed the guitar sounds very nice here......very fat and warm. Part of it is .013 gauge strings, part of it is a round tipped pick, part of it is well-placed palm muting and part of it has to be the unmentionables the strings rest upon............. Thank you , Nick, for digging what I do. Never did do it as a full-time, bill-paying job though it did provide a lot of extra cash back in the day. Thank you...... And you might be right EA.......the J-45TV has already assumed it's former position as numero uno, supplanting the D-18 easily as my fav in the house.
