New sound for the Dot

Not saying that I don't care for the 57s that came stock in my Dot, but I do think they are a bit dark. Though dark isn't a bad thing, I am always seeking clarity of my instrument regardless if my tone is rolled back to zero or up to ten. I find with a lot of guitars that when you get the tone below 4-6 they really turn into "mud slingers". So I started to experiment with different capacitors and what I settled on was a .005uF ceramic on the neck tone pot and a .01uF for the bridge pot. After putting everything back together I absolutely love the sound of this guitar now. My only concern is that my neck is too bright with the .005 cap. I may switch that out to a .01 to match the bridge but for now I am going to work with it and see what happens.
