dazzaling69
I have a Steinberger Spirit guitar and don't like the neck. The board is too flat (easyish to fix) but the neck is too fat. I would like to take 1.5mm off the neck depth along its length. There seems to be a good thickness of wood to the truss rod (judging by the response off a magnet) but I would like to know if anyone has any experience with the truss rod depth and whether taking 1.5mm off will expose the truss rod cavity? Any advice from a learned member gratefully received. Darren.
