Searcy
Amy Hopkins is a luthier and good friends of mine who helped put my house back together after the Nashville Floods. She also worked in NOLA After Katrina. Recently she had to have some medical work done and now needs some help paying the bill. This bass is being auctioned off and all proceeds are going to pay her. The bass is 100% hand made and no expense was spared. Check it out. It's cheaper than you think. Amy Bass Sale

Californiaman
I just can't get over how nice that bass looks. It's amazing on every level. I trust it sounds as magnificent as it looks?
Valeriy
Yes, really beautiful. You are a magic- master of your craft, Searcy, it is obvious. :) Although there is not enough for one small detail in the pickups, in my opinion with a glance to the theme of space. I.e. the bolts of pickups would be looked like shining stars if the bolt caps were as polished crosses (IMHO).

btoth76
Hello Searcy! How does the wooden cover affects the tone of a pickup? I know it's a complex question to answer, but could You please try to explain? They look really nice, just like the whole bass guitar. Congratulations! Cheers...
