JScott
Does anyone have any experience with the Les Paul's that are special runs for individual music stores? Sweetwater has a gorgeous custom burnt orange with coil taps and phase shift. Looks like a dream but it's almost impossible to find reviews or other info from third parties. Any help would be great. BigKahune
. Beautiful Custom LP. A Custom LP I would expect to be of somewhat better quality than Gibson USA models. I've purchased from Sweetwater - highly regarded by the members here - a great dealer with a good return policy. Let us know what you decide. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/LPCFRRBOB
Texasbluezman
I have a Trad Pro 50's that is a GC exclusive. I did get it used off ebay, but I couldn't be happier!

Vega1
Not sure if it helps, but I absolutely *love* my GC exclusive Iced tea burst LP Studio Deluxe with coil taps. Made some minor mods to the trim and added p/u covers though. Mods to LP

Dave F
I have a LP 68RI tri-burst exclusive to GC. It's a great guitar, but I know what you're saying. I recently sold a few of my guitars to go another direction. When I tried to sell this one I couldn't do anything with it. That would be the only drawback. When/if you want to sell it, people tend to back off. I've never had problems with the standard models of any USA brand.
