Sch3cter Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 Hi Guys, I have a Epi SG customer double neck. I was unable to decipher the serial so I emailed customer services and got this reply. " The guitar looks authentic from the pictures but that serial is not in our data base" Has anyone any ideas why the serial wouldn't be in there data base? Because it's not I can't even register the guide on the Epi website. Also, the neck selector switch and pickup selector for the 6 string neck where intermitently cutting out and very crackly, when I went to clean then I found the switches and the cavity were full of sawdust. I can post picks if anyone wants me too. I bought it from a guitar store in Dublin that's an authorised Epi and gibson dealer.
