ian hall Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I have always liked 335,s and having just read reviews of the new model in Guitarist mag i think the time is right! I want to get one of the 200 anniversary models, but am having trouble finding one. I need to be sure what to ask for, will these guitars have a Coa? Will the serial number confirm the guitar is one of the 200? Many thanks Ian
Rigormortis Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 If you're asking about the 2008 '58 ES-335, there is a thread on it over in the Historical Collection section: ES-335 50th Anniversary
GuitarJunkie Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Two of the local Gibson dealers in town have one. They're pretty impressive guitars. I'll check out the serial number when I'm in there on tuesday, but I'm going to say pretty confidently that it will have a special serial number that will identify it as one of the 200.
ian hall Posted November 24, 2008 Author Posted November 24, 2008 Yes, thats the guitar i am thinking about. Having no luck finding one in the Uk so far. Ian
