Croacia just won against Spain in Water Polo... Was 7 to 7 in the remaining minutes of the game, then Croacia got a penalty shot against Spain and made a goal. That brought it to 8/7 with only minutes left... In Spain's last attempt to score the ball was thrown 3/4 of they way of the pool into Croacia'e territory and one of the Spanish players grabbed the ball and tossed in a goal with 2 seconds to go. The line judge threw up his arms and said goal but the judges way far back at the tables said no goal... WHAT??? The replays clearly show it enter inside the goal. The crowd went wild and everyone was saying cheat!! But they did not recant it. [cursing]

Here in Americur, because of wardrobe malfunctions and other idiocy, we won't see that game until Friday probably, hopefully enough time to forget that we now know the ending.

It is possible that the modern day Olympics, like it's predecessor, the Ancient Olympics, has run it's course.

If we can't play and play nice, without all the political falderol, then let's just drop it and call it a day.

I like Spain. AND the rain that falls on the plain and/ or plane.

Sorry you were cheated. The judging has been a bit off this time around.... a DQ in swimming that was overturned and a review requested that over turned the judges decision on the pommel horse.

Of course, both of those were for Japan, I think. Too bad you're not Japanese..... :D
