kaleb
That solo kicks so much a$ it should be illegal! Too bad Jeff isn't in the band anymore. :( He used to do 8-finger tapping! On a Les Paul, too!

GuitarBuilder
Jack Blades does a DJ segment on our local classic rock station, KFOX where he shares a lot of great stories of the early days of Night Ranger (including how they got the name!). Awesome band!
ChanMan
Great tune!! Used to have it in my catalogue. Still one of my favorite tunes and I can't hear it on the radio without cranking it :)
RaysEpiphone
Stage was way to small for them, they area an energetic act! And for some reason the keyboard player looks out of place the way he's dressed.
rocketman
The guitar solo on this one is one of my favs Me too. Brad Gillis said that he used his Mesa Boogie cranked to the highest level to get that sustain. He had to use a long cable and played it from the control because it was way too loud in the studio room.

I prefer Marshalls, but I'd love to own a MK II, MK IIC/IIC+, or a MK III. Or even a MK III Colliseum! 180 watts, man!
10K-DB
I did some warmup gigs for Jeff W in Northern Ca in the mid 80's when he had his solo band "Barnaby Wild" I had my own band,,doing my tunes,,and his band did there thing. Hes really cool,,+funny. And an excellent player as well. I think Night ranger is one of the most under-rated bands of the era.
kaleb
Night Ranger is one of those bands that you can't put in a category. They aren't a hair band, they aren't an "arena rock style band" (ala Journey or Forigner...), they aren't a pop-rock band. Far from glam, yet entertaining. Sounds like a poor mans Randy Rhoads to me though. Still *** kickin' but not quite in the same boot department
