Rocky4 Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 I'm a Crimes Of Passion guy myself........great album.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvSbQB6-UdY
MissouriPicker Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Yep, she's a sweet one. And, she can sing. But even if she couldn't sing, I'd still like her.....a lot.
rocketman Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 What kind of guitar is that? I can't tell.
MissouriPicker Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Extremely talented gal. So many rock singers are noise machines, but this lady is for real. And she don't look too bad in navy blue/black either.
cookieman15061 Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Back to the solo, Neil was always won of my favorites. His solos and overall chops were always perfect for his wife's material. Tasty player no doubt.
rct Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Great shows in the 80's. Neil was definitely a favorite guitar player of mine, powerful good writer and player. Mostly teles in them days, Marshall or two behind him. Myron the drummer didn't sit down, onea the busiest men in show business. Great band, she was just a great singer, always hit it live. Good times. rct

Big Bill Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Her voice is sounding a bit more smokier as she gets older, I like that.
Big Bill Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 What kind of guitar is that? I can't tell. Maybe a Guild?
Searcy Posted September 19, 2012 Author Posted September 19, 2012 Maybe a Guild? That, ladies and gents is a beautiful and glorious B.C. Rich Eagle. One of the more aesthetically attractive guitar ever conceived and I will have one someday.
AlanH Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 I've always liked Paul Stanley's Leopard skin BC Rich Eagle. Bruce Kulick's Charvels on the '84 tour were the main reason I'm in to that brand too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utYeRXH9EnA
Blueblooded Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 This one has always been my favorite. I consider Pat the #1 female voice in rock period. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAVxv2PoRjI&feature=related

Good times. rct Why are you talking about her in the past tense? She's still rockin' today, her voice and her husbands chops are as sharp and powerful as ever. I've seen her twice in the last 4 years, once as a headliner with Patti Smythe and Berlin opening, and then just last month opening for Journey with Loverboy. She stole the show each time.

Well, that was my experience with them, particularly Neil. If we spoke of Skynyrd, Aerosmith, or Marshall Tucker, or hundreds more I would speak in past tense, because I haven't kept up with all of them. Doesn't mean any of them aren't viable. rct
