One of my favorite things to do on this and other forums is to look at photos of other peoples guitars, I love it. My problem is why some people put little or no effort in posting a descent picture. C'mon, we live in the digital camera age, we don't have to wait to get our pictures back from the drugstore before realizing you have keepers or crap. So please no more out-of-focus, grainy, cropped or poor content pictures. Take a minute to ensure your dusting rag is not in the picture, you have descent lighting and your picture is in focus, if not, delete the picture and try again. And then spend the time to post it to Photobucket (or wherever) and post a quality picture of one of your prized possessions so we can all get an appreciation. I try as hard as I can, but, not all of us have a talent for pic taking (at least not as you do, all your pics are so pro!). I will say +10 to this thread and your comment. Some pics we see around here seem like they were taken by accident "this was at my son's birthday... I took the pic and realized there was my guitar in the background afterwards... here it is" (grainy pic with prety much no light and/or detail). Hopefully I did not come off sounding like a prick (I apologize if I did). I certainly don't expect anyone to go out and buy a $3,000 camera before they post pictures, I just think we can take a little pride in what we post. Never using a POS or a Mayshit ever again either. I do prefer the 498/490 combo over the 57 classic though, I at least gave it a try. Works better for my wall wtf guitar sound, haha.
