ParlourMan
Almost dipping the toe into Gretsch type territory there, it's a different bling for me, not sure it suits a Gibson.

ksdaddy
In '93 I briefly owned a 1982 LP Custom that was silverburst. The 'silver' had turned hardcore green.

E-minor7
BUT...you could play BLUES on it!!! Yeeh - not a direct blues-man, but I can do a humble palette of blues. The thing about blues is that it's rather narrow, but infinitely deep path to walk. And one false/unbluesey note and you're off the cliff. Once attended a festival where Johnny Winter was playing. It was in the early 80's - not a healthy periode for B and B-people as you might recall. Anyway I decided to give the master a chance. Thunder and flashlite, , , and not one single cliché among these cascades of riffs. Btw. J.W. is the only act I ever heard integrate a flute in an a acoustic bluesrock set-up. That was on record though.

Yggdrasil
Well I'm no fan of green, but maybe Ren doesn't share that sentiment. Here's a 92 Starburst - a model generally described as a Ren design. green starburst IIRC, they also made them in blue, purple,pinky-fuschia sort-of, etc.
