BigKahune
. For those who don't get the Lounge much - check this out - http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/topic/92676-gibson-lg2-1948/ A couple of nice videos on a recent trade/acquisition. Although I wondered a bit about the trade, the OP is happy. .

I just thought it was a Danish chap who happened to look like Roger and had enjoyed that thread. (As I did until it got into a spat about what guitar Clapton was once playing.) EuroAussie
Yeah, I think I came across this on the AGF, those LG2's seem to be the dogs bollocks of the little Gibby guitars from my limited knowledge and experience with these fellas. I never visit the Gibson lounge, does it come with a complementary Jack n' Coke upon entry ?
zombywoof
I love those little guitars. Even with a 1942 J-50 and 1960 J-200 in the house I seem to reach for my 1946-47 LG-2 a whole lot.
jedzep
Maybe because it hangs next to the desk and can be reached w/o standing up, my loud and punchy LG2 gets pulled most often. Maybe not though. I seem to play my smaller guitars more often in general. Sadly, if the economy stays in the crapper for much longer, I'll have to do the Sophie's choice thing. That might have to be the child I put up for adoption.
